It's got to be said - neworderonline.com - must be one of the best band websites on the internet - it offers and gives so much. I've been to a few other band websites and none of them measure up to the quality of this one. Does anyone know of another band website that surpasses this? neworderonline for a britaward for the best band website thats what I say!

The only other band I have any interest in who's fansite can even be named on the same page as NOOL is Orbital, loopz is a pretty cool site.....but if you think Spotty is owned by Bill Gates, you wanna see that place :)
All the rest of them, it's a mailing list usually. Mind you, NO are probably the most popular and famous band I listen to, so U can imagine what the others are like.
Yep Hans, this is the best. And the bastards of the Lazy 4 will not do one of their own because of this and other reasons.
It's also interesting to note that this is not the Order's official site because they haven't a current one!
There was a sort-of official site for Get Ready but it was not exactly user-friendly. I love the fact that this place is a one-stop shop and a well-stocked one at that: that you can find almost anything NO-related here in terms of that obscure demo or mix or whatever if that's what you seek or just find out when and what the next single might be. The interactive bit - this here forum - is a real clincher too: the ability to discuss our passion with our fellow afflicted is great.
This is a world-class portal. The band could be justly proud of it and it is the de facto official site in any case.
Erasure'sis pretty good too with a lot of content.
The inspiration behind NewOrderOnline is a website called A chain of flowers, which is a Cure fan site Sebastien is a member to.
We thought it would be nice to have a similar site for New Order, and we started to work on our project.

Yer, Its top bombing this site. Much better than worldinmotion website. But this one always seems to take much longer to load up, even on broadband???
Fook knows why... Any ideas? any computer geeks out there?

Quite simple... this website is dynamic, meaning web pages are generated when you request them.
Site like WorldInMotion is static, means the page is already done when you request it.
But the website is running a lot faster than it used to, but with the help of the band that should come up soon, we might even get a better machine to host it, who knows!
NOOL is by far the best band site in the world!!
The Belle & Sebastian website is also quite cool, you can ask them questions and they answer most of them personally.
Well, that is a band real site, not a fan site though.
It would be quite good to have one of the band's member's blog on here... but it won't happen ;)
I hope you never have a blog, because I always like new order to stay somewhat mysterious. For example, I was really disappointed when i read barney's playlist. Hate to say it, but he needs to explore present-day music a little better.
