This is a thread just to be thankful to the band.
Seriously, we're spoiled! Webcasts, telecasts, everything... it's a first you have so many for New Order.
I know they broadcasted in 1993, televised in 1998, and we got a DVD for 2001, but now, there is a lot of those.
It will be hard to get back to normal, is it? :D
Cannae complain too much can we. We managed to get 9 and a half of the songs from Glastonbury on TV (even if it did induce several heart attacks running up and downstairs changing channels and missing songs or starts of songs!)
Just a quick word for the band - PLEASE don't play World In Motion ever again, please? I dread to think the reception it would receiveshould we get it at T in the park

That song should only be heard on jukeboxes, in England, during World Cup Finals. Then, it sounds fantastic:D
oh fuck yes,i pray to god that they do it it will be fantastic,especially if the crowd storm the stage and kill them all (kieth allen included), then the next album will be known as the"ledgendary unfinished last album" and will exchange hands on ebay for small fortunes.
And scots will tell their greandchildren for decades how they defeated the english and their donkey at the battle of t park.
WIM was pretty obvious choice really, for a crowd the size of Glastonbury its something that love it or hate it people know even more than BM and its the easiest song for people who dont even know New Order songs to sing along to as all they have to shout is Eng-er-land 
As for the thread, i totally agree Nicos, lets be thankful for the huge amount of tv/live performances we have been fortunate enough to have been given by the band this year 
I for one dont think we'll ever see the likes of it again, even with the new album on the cards... so lets make the most of it now

So, without going back to the relevant threads (no broadband) i take it they didnt play it at Southside or Hurricane? Especially considering the events of that paricular world cup!
