Only 46 for me. Something to do with side projects and not buying every single version of singles.
just under 40 :( like Tim, not too involved with side projects and singles. Oh, and not that many gigs of course !

I can't remember the running order of the last 3 albums. My brain died in 1992 and I can'tremember stuff like that anymore. I couldn't recall the running order of the last 3 gigs either although they would be broadly similar. 10 points going for moderators is a bit steep, never been asked and it has no relevance to obsessiveness. I don't actually play New Order every day either which is probably a good thing.

Got 48 overall.
I guess that's because I'm a keen NO record collector, I'm into the side projects as much as NO, I moderate a forum on NOOL and I once ran the Monaco site. On the other hand I missed out the WIM section because I don't generally visit that site. You should've put five pointers for anyone having had their own tribute band/covered a NO song, having been to 30 gigs or more, or whether they're a Salvation member ;) that would've made it much more reflective. I agree with Al getting 5 points for NOOL moderation is a bit much.
To be honest I dislike anything which attempts to elevate fans above others, er including this poll really

wow. 23. i wasn't expecting that. some of you fu(Ker$ are crazy i suppose. i can't imagine being much more of a fan than i already am. it would take up ALL of my time.

A mere 21, barely cutting it, lol. I love the side projects but I don't have much of there stuff, and I don't have any New Order singles from tech and up. I still considered them one hellava band though! ![]()

31 points. I could run through the tracklisting to all of the albums if given a bit of thought, but not at the drop of a hat. Also, I don't memorize set lists as such, just aspects of gigs, such as openers or a string of songs in the set. And, I don' own a lot of the offshoot stuff either.

err...30 actually.
I score 40, but somehow I think I should score a lot more, because too many questions are "you host a fansite OTHER than NOOL", so... :D

31 - so I gather Im just in love, but this quiz is bullshit. How can I, with 2 gigs and 4 years get higher scores than others with loads more of both.
The Web based aspect is pretty heavy too

Good point about the tribute band - only thought of that afterwards - give yourself 5 points if that's you!
Well, if you don't think you deserve 5 points as a moderator don't give 'em yourself... thing is though- moderating implies an ongoing and committed involvement to a NO project, hence 5 points.
If you disagree with a fun way of ranking fanaticism then maybe you should start a campaign to get rid of Forum Ranks...?![]()

MEOW!
Tis only a bit of fun...
- Despite following them since 1978 (JD-obv), I am obviously a lightweight. Much as I love them, there's too much other great music out there which requires my time and money, thus precluding madness like buying multiple formats for poxy remixes etc.
Nowt wrong with that - 21 to 40 is a committed, healthy, happy, mentally balanced fan in my humble opinion...

Although to be fair, I'm not as a crazy fan my ranking seems to be.
Creating this website is the reason why I know the album track order, the previous setlists and the lyrics.. as I took the time to write them down for the website!
Otherwise, I'm sure a regular fan, but I did met the band to THEIR request... not my own request.. it's not my fault if Barney decided to get breakfast with us!!
31...so how many short am I, of Barney and hooky having me over for a barbecue..."I like my steak medium Hooky".."so Stevie, which one of these tanks did you get first bud?".."Do that Hamster wheel dance for us Barn,aw go on.." would be a decent day out I reckon,so long as the weather held.. naturally![]()

I'd love to meet NO, but I have mixed feelings about it; what if you found out you didn't actually like them as people, or what if they didn't like you; unlikely I know, but it could spoil your appreciation of their music if you start seeing cracks in the pedestal they stand on in your mind.

And it's all your fookin fault! 59 which makes me the saddest individual on here so far
I notice Jarvo, Johnny Giles, DoN, Old Blue and JT amongst others havnae put their scores up yet though! The only points I lost out on were moderating another site or being able to name the last 3 setlists off the top of my head. I am online daily through work, but that doesnae excuse me logging on over the weekends, the missus likes a good moan about how obsessed I am and I have got loads of my mates into the band - several of whom have attended gigs and pish ups.
In my defence - Can I just say I've met a lot more sadder NOOL'ers than masel at gigs and meet ups though ![]()
32 for me, thought you should get a point for each person converted to NO, still wouldn't have brought the score up above 40 though, what about points for anoying your wife spending too much time on NOOL, should be at least 5 points for that.

Palmerston North is beautiful, one of my favourite places in N.Z. I have lots of great memories visiting my cousins there years ago, and it's where i first heard LWTUA and Atmosphere (thankyou cousin Jason).
18 or maybe 19 points (not sure, but think I have a single from the Other Two)…
I deserve more than that !!!
so I won't vote, no way ! ![]()
Only 21?? I thought I would score higher. Ive got every New Order album release except WFTSC. Even got some on LP and CD. And I got WIM on 12 inch and CD single (does that count against me?). I think I know every song of by heart (except anything off Movement). I guess Im let down by only seeing the band once (which I know is piss poor since Ive been a fan since '87) and not buying every single in every format possible.
Its a shame no points were awarded for being in a band and playing a JD/NO cover.![]()
Don't fret - you still fall into the 'fanatic' zone.
Quite right - I should have awarded 5 points for being in a NO band that does NO related cover songs... sorry... that gives you 26 though.
Buy a few more singles and you'd probably move up a ranking...
Don't stress about not seeing them live. I've been a fan since 86 and have only seen them twice, mainly as I didn't want to pushed about whilst trying to adore my musical idols...

In this particular case, I just mentioned to her how Pedro ("Peter" in portuguese...) sounded nice, and bingo!
