Did anyone hear any more news about that film about FACTORY RECORDS, featuring JoyDiv and NewOrder ? Did it eventually come out, or is it still in the making ???

There's a news story about the Tony Wilson Book to accompany the movie on this site and you may be able to link to the 24hr web site. Do take the time to check out that site because it's fairly interesting. A nice forum for those wanting to relive Madchester and lots of info about the movie. I do not believe it's been release yet but it should be coming soon to a theatre near you!
The film is supposed to be out on March 1st - but don't hold yer breath. The book (by Tony Wilson) is out on March 8th
in dazed & confused there is an article tied in with the film about factory records & how they are basedon situationist ideas. empire has a preview of films out this year & says the eta is 5 april in the uk.
