  1. Where should New order play at the next tour (besides your living room)? 2. When will it be?

Somewhere between Cologne and Bielefeld, no matter when exactly, but by no means on the same day as the Simple Minds. :uhoh:

Northern Greece (Thats Thessaloniki NOT Athens!)- So I can meet up with the wonderful Greek Order again Manchester - because I've never been there! And a Saturday night in Dublin - in the City, so that the pubs don't all shut too early & OldMonkey can make up for one missed gig!

All in early May 2006 so as I can enjoy a proper birthday:thumb: 38 years is a milestone, right?

(& I hear that Greece is lovely in May:D )

Seattle's Moore Theater in June 2006. Midnight Oil there in 2002 was epic. :thumb:

Never been inside that place, from the outside it doesn't look too impressive.

Only decent place for the Order to play in Oregon would be the Crystal Ballroom, featuring a mechanical dance floor, perfect for the invading Vikings to jump about and kinda force the others near them to move up and down as well.

Somewhere in England while I'm there next summer, by which time I will be an adult (at least by age!) so I'm not limited to staying in London.

They would make a great sideshow while I'm in Germany for the Coupe du Monde as well :D

Or the Paramount. Interpol says it's their favorite venue they've ever played. Seeing Dead Can Dance there in September. :thumb:

The After Dark club in Reading. Very small, great atmos - draws a happy, chatty, friendly, non-pretentious crowd and has hosted some kick-ass gigs back in the day. Would be great to see a band of New Order's calibre back there again. They also do an excellent "fools gold" manc music club night which is v.popular - so there's deffo an audience for NO there!

My Front Garden. I'll make it into a mini fesitival. We can have a new bands stage in the front room, and the main stage in the garden, with a dance stage in the back yard.

New Order should warm up for this by playing a guerilla gig in the car park of the local somerfield.

Anywhere that is near to a decent pub with plenty of room and loads of barstaff.

Fave small venues: Leeds Cockpit Amsterdam Paradiso Newcastle Riverside (or whatever it's called now)

Realistically: Brixton Academy

How about a New Order weekend at Butlins? :D
