If they do release it as a single, expect it to be released in December.
If you are a PSB fan, you might remember that when they released Discography, there were 2 news singles on it: DJ Culture and Was It Worth It.
They released both of them, but Was It Worth It later.
I somehow expect Turn to be the bridge between WFTSC and the next single from the 2006 album...
But that's just a theory...
So does this mean that Guilt is absolutley not going to be released as a single? Couldn't Euro and Oz get Turn while the US get's Guilt? It seems that Guilt has all of the qualities that would make it a great American single. Isn't that why they added a Guilt Remix to the US release anyway?

Well, in 25 years of career, it only happened ONCE that a New Order single wasn't released in the UK, and it's Murder.
I don't expect it to happen now... so single is always decided by the UK, and the US decide to follow or not, and add material.
Jetstream being #3 of the dance chart might help, but then again, Crystal went to #1 and they never released a 2nd single in the US, not even Here To Stay!

They were both saved by remixes.

To me, New Order singles mean different things in the UK and the US.
In the US, New Order hasn't gotten any airplay since 'Regret', OK? The US is totally devoid of anything besides Top-40 cock rock.
New Order will always do their US damage in the clubs, where their records continually hit the Top 3, if not #1.
It was a SHAME that 'Crystal' was the only single off 'Get Ready' that officially made it into the shops but, dammit, this new round of singles is doing well in the States and they need to keep that trend going. All the Dave Gahan singles got released in the States, for example.
If 'Turn' ever makes it out, it should come out in the US, but first we gotta get thru WFTSC.
