Having moaned about NO not being what they were, I now find I actually like this album a lot more than Get Ready, maybe even up there with Brotherhood and Technique, notwithstanding the seriously rubbish song titles. Though the singles aren't up to the giddy heights of old, as an album its actually pretty good.

Don't know why anyone should care, but just thought I'd share.

And why isn't Turn a single? Apart from the intro sounding like REM's losing my religion its surely one of the best tracks on there?

I'm with you there 404 - Get Ready was ok for the thrill of the 'comeback' and some much-needed new material for the following gigs, but for me it's now on a par with Republic in the list of 'rarely re-visited' New Order listening.

WFTSC however.....I'm still enjoying going back to it every few days. Much like with Brotherhood, it seems to have two distinct halves, which cater for different 'listening moods.'

Agree also on Turn, but then again there's always at least one track on every NO album that I instantly think 'that would be a great single' which is left alone, and as is mentioned often on here, joyfully remains a 'fans-only' favourite for years to come - Your Silent Face for example is my no.2 NO track of all time, but I hate BFM with a passion.

As for "Turn" I remember watching US open of golf one day and the incidential music they were playing in and out of commercial break was Turn.

Well, it WILL be on the single compilation... so unless they are not-consequent, it SHOULD be the next single.
