To all those who ordered in the NewOrderOnline shop.

First of all, thank you for your patience, and it's a notice to tell you that our order has finally been processed and we should receive the stuff either tomorrow or monday, WenOrder will proceed as fast as possible to ship your orders.

The delay was caused by Object, who were moving, and they were able to finally process our order yesterday.

For upcoming and current orders, processing should be faster as we'll have shirts in stock, so unless you order something that we don't have in stock, it will be fast.

Stay tuned, and thanks again for your patience.

Transfer the cost + 1$ to shop@neworderonline.com using PayPal and it should be ok. I have notified WenOrder about this addition.

To be honest, we don't support it just yet, our way used to be refund and order again :lol:

SOrry about that, the manfacturer did not send us enough Unknown Pleasure shirts. Those will ship out as soon as I get them,

Also, anyone who did not get their order yet, We had to order additional stock to fulfill some orders. Very sorry for the delay. If for some reason you cannot wait, Remember, we are always happy to refund your money if you would like us to.

Also, thanks to everyone who ordered from our shop. We are still developing it and trying to fix the delays and any other problems.

OK, so I ordered only about 4 days ago, so I'm not exactly expecting my order tomorrow, but I have a question......

"ship date".....is that when you'll send the stuff to me having received it from Object? Which is fine, dandy and hunky dory by me Or have object entered into an ilegal credit agreement with me? (ie, they keep my money for 2 weeks, earning interest on it, THEN send me stuff). Which is decidedly not OK.

Also, I know the US post is more than a bit pathetic (it's taken weeks both directions for me in the past), but I know nowt about Canada's. So is this stuff coming from US or Canada, and would anyone care to proffer their own delivery turnaround for the UK?

The ship date is suppose to be when I (mike from baltimore in the US) Ships to you. NOOL collects the money. We're facing delays because we did not anticipate the store to recieve so many orders, and we didn't stock enough merchandise. I am starting to build up quite a stock now, so after the next major shipment of shirts, orders should be processed within 1-2 days of reciept.

As far as shipping, we are still using US postal service. One the store is stable, we have plans to offer other shipping options such as UPS.

I know these delays are inconvenient, but know your order will be processed ASAP. And like i mentioned earlier, if for any reason you are not happy with the delay and not comfortable with the situation, just ask us for a refund and we'll cancel the order.

Absolutely, and I'm perfectly happy with that. Don't mind waiting as long as I know it's you guys who are in charge. Just didn't like the idea of object havin me money all that time and doin squat with it :)

Mind you, I'm still dreading the wait for thing to reach me when u send it, I don't get the USPS at all, sometimes it's like lightning and sometimes it appalling. Seems to be the same in both directions too. it once took 3 weeks for an Airmail package to reach a guy over there, and it took 6 weeks for my act-labs steering wheel to arrive.....even a rowing boat could have gone from their factory to Bangor harbour in that time....feck, I coulda walked it. Of course the upside is, I don't need to mortgage my house or sell any internal organs to pay the shipping :)

I don't mean to piss anybody off but I am getting really frustrated with the fact that I still haven't received my order of two t-shirts (Ceremony and long sleeved Still) that were supposed to be shipped via Priority Mail on 28 Sept. I e-mailed WenOrder with my order number and whatnot but have heard and received absolutely nothing.

I hope I don't have to wait any longer. I thought the idea for NOOL to sell shirts was to avoid BlueCatStore type of problems like this.

One more time...my full and real name on the order is Spencer Packer and my invoice ID is 266. Please give me any information you have. I don't want to cancel and request a refund.

Spencer chow, I recognize your name, you should have had your package by now. I will check into it.

Spencer Packer, I am still waiting for your L/S still shirt. I could send the other shirt first if you prefer. reply to me via email. You should not had recieved the email saying your order was shipped on the 28th. apologize for that. And I and sorry for not replying to you sooner. Your frustation is understandable.

For everyone else, if your order number is 258 or under, you should have your order by now, if you don't have you order, contact me immediately.

Anyone 259 or higher, you orders are being process. and will be shipped out asap.

For the people that did not get their UNKNOWN PLEASURES Shirt. I just got a package of those shirts yesterday, those shirts will be shipped out soon.

Movement and Ceremony shirts arrived this morning. TBH, I'm gobsmacked. With a predicted posting date of Sunday, and the USPS involved, I was thinking "they'll make a nice christmas present".

Quality product, quality service, just what we all expect from NO :)

For other people, WenOrder received (finally) our 2nd order yesterday, he's packing today, so technically they should be shipped very soon!

Sorry about the delays, but obviously, until we build a decent inventory, we're forced to wait for our orders to come in.

Most of them yes, we had new orders until we passed our last order to our supplier, so my guess is the people who ordered in the last 2 weeks will get their orders soon, but they are not shipped yet.
