ITEM (Missing contents?)

Need some help please. Is there suppose to be an insert for the New Order Story DVD. I purchased Item the other day and found that it had been packaged incorrectly. New Order Story DVD was in Collection case and vice versa. Also Collection insert was in New Order Story case, but there was no New Order Story insert. I'm trying to see if I should return it or not.

no, there is no insert for New Order Story. Everybody has had the same experience with the discs swapped so you're not alone. enjoy the Item and try not to puke when that annoying, pretentious bitch narrates NOStory.

I'm living in Hong Kong. I bought an U.S.edition of Item last week. I also found that the two DVDs were placed in the wrong cases. Fortunately, both NewOrder Story and New order A COLLECTION were included in the package.

i got mine saturday and the DVDs are Switched and No Booklet for NOStory, so im sure they are all that way i like the new Video/Short Film of Temptation its pretty interesting, the Ceremoney one is okay thought i didnt pay much attention when it was on

Well mine were in the right boxes,no insert in NewOrderStory-just one for Live 8.

My discs were swapped too. Would have sucked if instead I got a Madonna DVD instad of New Order.
