How much of your family budget do you spend on NO? I know in some families it's a war between spouses and New Order.

Let's say I spend some % of my budget on NO every month. Yet there have been months when I spent 25 %.

What about you and your family funds? :evil4:

I haven't broken it down. It depends if there's a gig to go to, or soome new product to buy. So it varies anywhere between 0% to 100%. The last time I was in Sydney I dropped about $200 Aud, which inc the petrol money comes mighty close to my weekly budget

When i was in my mega collecting frenzy a few years back i was easily doing £50-£100+ every week for about 6 weeks. i know but i have calmed down since then.....honestly!

Doesn't matter how much money I've spent following the Order around this year, it's still a fcuk of a lot less than I've spunked on my mortgage and, I mean, what's the, um, point in that?! It's only a, er, roof over your head after all?!

Never really thought about it that way. Things come out,i buy them. Simple as that. I dont view it any differently than buying a shirt or a pair of shoes or a can of pop.

Well, it's going to go up next week when 'Singles' and 'Item' come out.

Not much at all these days. And apart from when i spent quite a bit when the ELECTRONIC GET THE MESSAGE came out over a few weeks it has never been LOADS.I see some people on this FORUM spend what i consider to be a FORTUNE on the new PROMO's but way back these could be GOING FOR A SONG.The internet and supply and demand has had a great deal of INFLUENCE on what some are willing to pay.I have NEVER bought a RECORD to sell on later so it has never crossed my mind to BUY NOW SELL LATER.But it seems one could INVEST well on certain ITEMs these days.Still rate the ELECTRONIC promo UNTIL THE END OF TIME has a class purchase cos i paid £2=99 and did not even KNOW it was RARE.Worth at LEAST £3 in my books though! I should have said the budget I allow myself to spend of my income. Not that I often manage to stick to it. I have to be a bit more careful now, so I don't start pissing everything I'm about to own up the wall.

i just bought the 3 WFTSC 7" imports so there goes my food budget for the next week or two.

I shan't be spending any money on Item, Singles, WFTSC 7 inches or any of the current/forthcoming releases. The new album will be a different matter, when it arrives, but I feel no compulsion to buy it just because it is available. It's all the same stuff repackaged anyway!

Honestly, none of the Family budget. As an old timer, I've had the chance to get all the Factory releases (and some rare stuffs sometimes) as they were comin', and the same goes for the later years. But recently I must add that I felt for some Japanese or promo. specials but all off my 'pocket money' so my Lovely wife's not upset about it + I manage to stand reasonable.

Depends how much the credit cards are creaking; they're beginning to sound like a Haunted House at the moment so this is an awkward month...
