So no one saw Hooky on the telly this week on the FC United documentary?

They did a preview of that Hanky Park tune he produced, it's a pile of monkey flop, fookin rubbish.

Although Hooky stuck up for the reds and said he still goes to the games... which I doubt.

So anyway, go and support your local band and stop gloryhunting, you out-of-town New Order fans are no different to out-of-town United fans.....just an embarassment to us locals. I bet you'll all start supporting Kasabian once New Order stop recording.

I'm only kidding, but I bet I reeled in a few of you fookers!!

edit: I bet Big Al had already started swinging a punch :evil4:

Probably spot on there about going to games, sadly. I didn't see the documentary but I ordered that single ages ago, it finally arrived this week. I'd read previously that it wasn't a typical "cheesy" football song & featured one of Hooky's best basslines in years. Well, on first listen it sounded as cheesy as a lump of cheddar with a parmazan coating & I definitely wasn't convinced about the description of Hooky's bass. However, it's grown on me, I've certainly heard worse football-related tunes and the idea behind it's a good one. And as regards football songs, it's gonna take something to better the only decent one........ World In Motion.

*Gets ready for abuse for that last comment* :ignore:
