That picture of Gillian&Steven in '83, where their almost cheek to cheek, is the sweetest picture ever. You can see the mutual admiration they have for each other.

Phil isn't bad to look at either. Any banners with Phil make me a happy girl. Barney was actually nice looking from about Blue Monday '88 to the Regret-era. He's getting a bit lumpy now that he's pushing 50. :D
I like the one around '85, with Hooky, Barney, Stephen and Gillian in it.
Hooky still had reddish hair and Barney looked so adorable
in that one.
I also like the picture with Hooky and Billy Corgan; Hooky actually looks OK with shorter, blond hair.
The picture with Ian and Barney is nice too; Barney looks like an absolutely adorable schoolboy in that one.
Really, in my opinion, though, anything with Barney in it makes me happy.

Well, as I'm old, getting increasingly grey, perhaps there's hope for me yet...
Oh, and my fave is DEFINITELY the lovely pic of Steve & Gillian - should be used on adverts as an example of what makes a 'lovely couple'. 
This has come up before, but everyone - regardless of sex - had a crush on Barney at some point. Personally, I like the 1987 look.
