WILL THERE BE ANOTHER ALBUM, MORE TOURS

After listening to my entire collection of New Order CDs and records and witnessing them live in Australia just recently, I am beginning to fret and worry myself sick ... Will New Order release another CD and tour the world again ?The thought of never seeing them again live or hearing a new release is driving me crazy ...

Well...I don't mean to sound like a pessimist, but I am sure New Order will have another album by the end of this decade and they will eventually to a U.S. tour, but only do a 45 minute setlist.

Damn them....I love them, but hate them sometimeS!!!!!!

I'm not......they are old and fat now. I doubt there will be much more from them.

I can see it now...New Order 2012!

Barney (in a wheel chair, Brando-esque in his proportions): "Woooo, wooo, wooooo....Hold on a minute, the fucking teleprompter's broke again!"

Hooky (still as limber as ever): "You would know, wouldn't ya....Ya fat twit!"

Barney: "Right, I'll do you for that!" (starts fidgeting with the knob on his motorized chair)"Dammitwhy won't this work?"

Hooky: "Probably cos you bought it off Tony Wilson, you idiot."

Tony comes on stage, with a massive pompadour: "Say fellas, I've got this great idea for a new dance club..."

Barney and Hooky together: "Bugger off!"

Barney returns to address the audience: "Right, that's it, no encore. Piss off, the lot of ya!"

Audience starts booing, throwing food. All duck except Barney, who starts catching food in his mouth.

Hooky: "Barney, come off." (Barney doesn't respond, so Hooky goes out to find him dead onstage)

Stephen: "Oh my god, they killed Barney!" (a choclate eclair is lodged in Barney's throat)

Hooky: "You bastards!"

PS, to the US fans: Keep those e-mails to Conan/SNL/etc flowing. they can't ignore us if we keep it up! (or maybe they can, but you shouldn't reflect on that)

Come now, everybody knows the score - if New Order kept us waiting eight years for this last album, then there will be a 16 year wait before the next one - despite what sources close to the band will tell you - haven't you noticed the intervals between the last three albums each being twice as long as the one before? Like they say....it doesn't take a genius to.....

now that's no way for a musician to make a living! how will they retire? rely on their government?

we will probably see 3 more best of's 8 more versions of Blue Monday 5 more JD live albums 6 more Hooky side projects the closing of factory 2 and a NO box set before we here from then again
