This has probably been discussed till you're all blue in e face but what's going on here?
Apparently there's a 10 minute rule regarding 2 track CD singles that they can be no longer than 10 minutes. The WFTSC single is over 11 minutes which means that it wasn't chart eligible. If London knew this (which they must have) why in the name of Moses did they not put out a maxi CD with some of the other new mixes?
Am I missing something here?
