Hello there...I was wondering if any of you guys think they might do a south american tour...someday

I think so. Maybe a good sing is the fact that they have released 316 in Brazil before other places. I cannot die withou going to a New Order concert.

And remember that "Get Ready" has been released in Brazil even before US. I think New Order still have a good fanbase here and they could fill medium to large venues.

If New Order like to play festivals, why not Free Jazz in October?

For those who not live in Brazil: this is not a real "Jazz" festival anymore. For instance, this festival was headlined by Kraftwerk four years ago.

Let's cross our fingers. ;)

hmmm...Brazil...I'll get me passport...well...if it ain't too frigging outrageous!!!! (the airfare, that is. My passport is pretty tame!) Do I need a visa to get in, or will mastercard do just fine???

I don't know if they'd tour SA, but it would be interesting if they did. Martin Borman, Dr. Mengele, and all the other old Nazis might come out of their hiding places to the concert....:D

yeah...well just for shits and giggles, I went and checked out the airfare...and it's a might bit less than Oz...but the itenerary was frigging bizzare...Fly from Dallas to LA, to Miami...then to Brazil...and that was about half the price of a direct flight from Dallas...what the hell????

There are some rumours of two big festivals in Brazil (Kaiser Music and Brasilia Music Festival) and New Order can play them. For those who read Portuguese or use a translator check this_article out.

Save your money for the airfare. :cool:

Ricardo is right. Even if the air ticket is expensive, everything here will be very cheap for you guys. Come and enjoy it!
