saw about 3 maybe 4 and a half songs.TPK in BM was cool .hopefully can watch the whole thing again for next 5 days.live would have been nicer though

Glad to see I'm not the only one who's had a traumatic night with this webcast-got it going half way through BLT (sort of) only for it to cause the PC to crash in spectacular fashion. Got it going again in time for the dying notes of Atmosphere...curses!!! Sounded great though

TF (end), BLT, Temptation, Transmission, Blue Monday (TPK), Shadowplay, about 10 seconds of 31G, SLC and Atmosphere.

I really thought I would get none of it

Hi, I paid £5 in good faith to see new order LIVE but unfortunately got to see probably 4 and a half songs(which were constantly buffering) and the rest of the time I received error messages,I know that I was not the only one with the problem because I was logged on to www.neworderonline for the course of the concert and everyone on there also had problems,I understand that I will be able to view the concert for a further 7 days but the whole point of me paying the £5 was to see it LIVE i could have downloaded the concert from probably numerous sources if I wanted to see it after the event has happened. Due to the problems in viewing the concert I would obviously like to be fully refunded if you could send me details of how to get refunded it would be appreciated,I paid the money by text, thanks for your help.

The service your website has offered has been shoddy at best and I want my money back - and still want the facility to watch this gig at (hopefully) some point during the next seven days to make up for not actually seeing it live, as your site claimed I would be able to do. You will see from th literally hundreds of complaints at http://www.neworderonline.com/Forums/MessageList.aspx?ThreadID=25493&PageIndex=2 that I am not the only one to have experienced problems this evening, and I would like a response from you to confirm that you have read and received this message, and that you will be refunding my debit card while allowing me to still view the recording of the concert.

'LGO are currently reviewing the tech problems with the New Order gig last night.We will get back 2 U ASAP and answer the emails received. Please bare(sic) with us.'

Jeez, I feel so much better for knowing that :( :( :( :( :( :(
