The good: My sis and I went to Anderson (the closest thing we have to a "big city" in this part of SC :p ) to go car-shopping (or car-looking, as I couldn't buy anything but thought I'd look around), and after that we went to Best Buy, where "Item" was being sold at $20 :thumb:

So of course I bought it

The bad: My TV cannot handle the 5.1 audio :banghead:

It's the same problem I had with "511" back about a year or two ago. But back then, I didn't have the computer (which seems to handle it just fine) so I'm gonna test it and pray that it works out. :thumb:

Also, I think I may have found a decent small car for the incredibly-hard-to-find parking spaces in Clemson. But that's not NO-related

The truly bad news is that the 5.1 audio is dreadful at best. Since the music was not originally produced for 5.1, you're hearing a pseudo surround mix. It's a bit of reverb in the rear channels along with some creative eq'ing for the front, left, and right channels. :nonono: In order to create a specific 5.1 mix, it would have taken the going back in to the original multitracks(not the masters) for each song, creating a surround mix and then re-syncing to the video.

The good news is that you can still enjoy the videos in stereo.

Works just fine on the computer :jump:

Which means I don't have to return it and demand my money back.......:skeptic:

Would've been nice to get twenty bucks back...oh well, works on the computer. That's all that matters :thumb:
