does it provide a collective height though ?
I thought Shuglet was the same height as me , I know I'm a bit taller than Ness , bout the height of Jarvo's elbow and ROCKET is tall enough to borrow the oakleys of ma head without me knowing , I think I'm a similar height to One Brain . Few of yer are as rotund , though using the Shug Scale System ( pat pending ) , possibly few are as svelte:\ohwell:
You know.. some men do grow a couple of inches from their early 20s to 25ish. My S.O. was 6'4" when he was 23 and at 28 is 6'6"

He is taller than me, and once again, I did check, and I am 6'3", just like my driver's license says ;)

Hey Nick this converter isn’t as good as that because it doesn't give the inches in 1/12 but in 1/10 (example: 1,79 m -> 5.90551185 feet !!!, not 5’11” 1/2).
And from what I have heard in the past Ian Curtis was about 1, 92 m (6'3").

I am 6'4". I have stood next to IC and as I said, he was around 6 feet. I was 17/18, so maybe I was an inch smaller then, but he wasn't my height.
He only looks 6 foot. No taller. he only looks 6 inches taller than Hooky.
I think all this confusion stems from Deborah's (the other DC !!) comment in the book that he was "well over 6 feet tall".

Quite possible.. and fortunatly, that damned knee is getting better and better, I had surgery in August 2004, and everything seems to be getting better, so I shouldn't complain next year

IIRC When Ian Curtis was still on this plane of existence the boys were only in their early 20s. Therefore, to compare their height now to pictures of them 20 years ago to get Ian Curtis' height is kind of silly.
We weren't. We were looking at a photo of all four of them stood together in a field in Stockport, behind Strawberry Studios.

It's actually better being shorter as you can fit into decent clothes/shoes, are able to sit in cars/public transport without complaining about legroom, and are less likely to complain about back pains!

One thing I noticed is that here (in the US) I'm not taller than most guys.. a lot but not most. However, when I was living in the UK, it was a treat to find a guy taller than I am. I found the same when going over to Europe on trips as well.

Think I'm about the same height as you, 6'2". Muffy's definitely taller than me.

i've found the opposite with men. when i lived in the UK i had no trouble finding men taller than me (my boyfriends were 6' and 6'2", respectively, although i did briefly date a guy who was 5'7"). here i find men are usually shorter than me.
