I've got one song called Haystack in my files and I got it from the dead site True Faith. They said it was a NO song with somebody else singing it. Does anybody know that song. I't seems Hooky's bass but the singer is not Bernard. If it is, where this come from. If somebody want to listen to this I'll host somewhere for download.

Actually, that song is by The Cure - doing their NO rip-off as usual. That title is a dead giveaway!!!

We covered this not long ago. The vocal is by a guy called Kevin Hewick who was signed to Factory at the time. When Ian Curtis died, Tony Wilson auditioned Hewick and ACR's Simon Topping as potential replacements. "Haystack" is a Kevin Hewick song, with New Order playing the instruments.

I'd be eternally grateful if you could make it available for download, as I have only have it on vinyl.

I've got a version that is not very good quality, so If you've already got it in vinyl, I think it would not be compensatory. Anyway, it's available in Audio Galaxy as I could check yesterday night. If you still want it, just let me know.

Ahh yes.. I have the PVC cassette pack of this. It was re-released on CD a few years ago I think. Occasionally pops up on eBay.
