Anyone Heard From LiveGigsOnline Recently?

Hey, I was promised a password giving me access indefinitely to the LiveGigsOnline site after their Manchester gig fiasco, and they said they'd email me last Thursday regarding my refund request.

As yet... nothing. Anyone else heard from them yet? I have yet to watch the blooming New Order concert.

Could be something for the DTI if I get no refund within a few days...

What's everyone else doing about it?

I forgot all about this horrible little episode. I've heard nothing else either so i've just emailed them back asking for an update. To be honest, I think they just made a complete arse of things but they should at least be professional enough to get back to people when they said they would and honest enough to admit they messed up.

I have also just emailed them asking for an "update" (and my refund). Yawn. I seem to still be able to log in to their site and watch the two archived gigs (ACR/NO), so better get around to it before they mess something else up!

Could be this lot are in trouble (financially, technically or other), as I notice there are no forthcoming gigs whatsoever!

i was totally ripped off by them (twice). i was stupid enough to pay twice, once before and once after the gig. i never got a password. i've emailed them numerous times and haven't got a response!!

I paid the original 5 quid price for it. If you want a copy since you paid them, I can maybe email or post it to you. Email me at the profile address.

Still no refund and no password for "unlimited" access.

I have sent them one further email, asking for my money back within seven days (it's almost a month since the gig now), and informaing them I will be taking this further after that if I hear nothing.

Utterly useless, I'm putting up with this no longer.

Anyone else actually got a refund yet?

Well, I've finally got a £10 cheque from Livegigsonline at long, long, long last, so keep hassling them if you've not got yours yet.

No sign of an "all access" password as yet, but I've no intention of using their site again anyway!
