Also, one was sold on Ebay not too long ago.
It looks like these were sourced from a certain bittorrent site a while back (with yours truly partly to blame), though there's only one way to be 100% sure. Anyway, while it was inevitable that somebody was brazen enough to set up shop doing this, I'm still not too thrilled to see the bootlegger scum in action, and would like nothing better than to see A&J Vinyl get shut down.
At the same time mentioning this is likely to garner some interest...and while I don't want people to reward bootleggers, unless they're on a mission to have every unofficial silver CD issue out there, in which case...well, this is why they end up on silver CD in the first place!, I feel that we should work on making this material freely available to whoever wants it, at least until it's made available officially, in which case we should buy it!
