This has probably been discussed before and at the risk of being ridiculed (see another thread...) I'll ask anyway since I'm very very curious. Did Gillian contribute anything to Get Ready? Did she play one note? I would only assume she did work on Run Wild, right? And what is going to happen in the future? She probably had nothing to do with the Chemical Brothers single as well, right?
Anyway, I read dozens of interviews and articles about the time Get Ready was released and it really surprises me that she gets hardly any mention. I absolutely love Get Ready, but listening to trax like All Day Long and Guilty Partner really makes me realise what we miss nowadays. To me NO without GG isn't really NO. Her work to me is just as significant to a NO song than that bloody familiar bass everyone's keeps talking about.
