What is that Hooky said just before LWTUA?

Tis important cause my mate thinks he shouts something bitchy about Yugoslavia !!????? (WTF! - surely NOT) :lol: That would be sooo last century!

I just did a copy and paste from Sam's website. I can't understand what Hooky says most of the time either. :dunno:
