They have kept it under wraps for long enough, its time we let the truth be known.
The Cure/New Order feud? Hooky mad at Gallop for ripping him off? Cover up, Smithy and co were going for the same source as New Order, there are rumours Morrissey was inanvertedly linked as well.
My questions weren't that bad just two questions about some of the band members, that's all.
Oh and I did learn my lesson, don't ask, don't tell it seems.

I hope that this doesn't keep you from posting, Chris. We were just having fun. Ask whatever you want to know. I think the only transgression you can commit here is asking a question that has been posted on another thread. And if people don't like your post they don't have to read it.

how does one know if the question has been posted on another thread? stupid question i know, but to new fans and people new to the board, they don't have the time to read all the previous threads and aren't aware of what has been already discussed. this board needs a search engine if you ask me.
I think that Nic said he was working on a search engine when he talked about the improvements to the site. And you don't have to read every thread but check out the thread topics that go back a couple pages. If you're new to the board reading old threads will give you a sense of the personalities here and perhaps give you insight into who to ask questions of. And you may realize that not many people here take themselves too seriously. :)
