Sorry if this is old news - but Michael Shamberg's website has grown some since I last looked.
Mentions that the performance used on the Run vid was shot in Southern California, and also talks about a JD documentary called "Enigmatic" which he was about to develop before he fell ill. Wonder if it's been shelved?

He say his partners director Carol Morley and producer Natasha Dack went to Beijing and that the project is very much alive.

I always assumed the Run video was shot in NYC. Time for me to 'Run' the video again.
