Off-topic: Elton John video with Rober Downey Jr.

Sorry about that, but has anyone else seen this? It was on MTV last night, and it is really the most striking video I'v seen in a long time: a single take of RD walking through an empty mansion lip-synching a presumably new EJ song.

So presumably by this time people have seen this?

Well, ED I thought it was much better than the video with Christopher Walken that got so much attention. I particularly like the fact that RD's lip movements are so restrained.

Although I do not at all mean to claim EJ deserves to be mentioned in the same sentence with NO, there does seem to be some resemblance between the resistance to playing NO on the radio now because they are so "over" and similar dismissive references to EJ.

The EJ video is crap and so is the song. Elton should stick to singing with Bob the Builder. NO get less airplay than they deserve partly because most Radio is so commercial now and sticks with playing 'safe' music and whatever sitting in the top 5. Elton's rubbish.
