There was a repro les bains douches poster in the refractured box set too,

You're *almost* right, at least as it stands now. Going from L-R row by row:

Band On The Wall MCR (undated, but day of the week listed)

Very interesting as this is advertised for *Monday*, so this is likely also the 1978 Sep 04 performance as all the other known BOTW dates were Tuesdays, which I recall was the Manchester Music Collective night...
