Don't trust the internet. People on here could help you out if you have any specific songs in mind, but to be honest Hooky's basslines are quite simple to figure out once you have the hang of it. I'm quite new to the bass but I had a lot more fun working them out myself.

type in "joy division tabs" on google and you should get the gothic tab archive, they have a lot of good bass tabs. but there are no New Order ones on there.

The only way to learn NO bass riffs is to listen to them and pick them out, by moving up the fretboard rather than across strings. That's how they were written (at least the majority of them). There are only three or four complicated ones, the rest are all straightforward - damned effective but not complex in construction.

Which ones are the three or four hard ones then? Just want to see if I can play em.

Sub-culture Broken Promise 60 miles an hour (surprisingly!) Chemical (can't hear it ;))

Well they're mostly just whole step-half step-whole step, aren't they?

60 MPH is indeed one of the more complicated ones, Hooky plays more than two strings!

Cries & Whispers is a fun one, so is This Time of Night. To build speed, try Procession.
