Bernards morphing

I was watching Dave Spikey on DVD the other night and i was thinking as Bernard gets older they seem to be looking more and more alike...

i realise i just may have been too drunk and no one else agrees with me but ah well.

You know some friends and I have been throwing around theories of "Just when Bernard got fat?" Because in the '96 videos for RTP, he looks just like he did in 1993, or at least the directors made a good job of making it appear so. While two years later in the Reading '98 footage, he's starting a paunch. Could it have been the results of dropping Prozac and misc. other pills in the two intermediary years?

Maybe, Prozac made a friend of mine gain a lot of weight and she's still having a hard time getting it off.

Nah. That's what happens to skinny people past a certain age. He used to be really skinny especially when Joy Division where around. That usually happens.
