Should it comes to be on cd format, how would it set up?
12 Cd singles, packaged together or seperately? or cram as much as possible into fewer cds, Rest of style?
Will it ever come to this someday or is the CD version available now?

like the mooted recycle? no, don't think it will for a loooong time
Aesthetically I'd favour 12 CD singles, housed in mini sleeves like the 12"s... Wouldn't buy it if it were on like 2 or 3 CDs - I still recoil in dread when ever I come across my cassette copy of Rest Of... So many remixes so close together...

My guess is that Warner's doesn't want to spend the money to package/distribute a cd of this.
I recall reading somewhere in another thread that warners doesn't own the rights to the vinyl or that there is some difference (on the legal side) from allowing a 3rd party to release the vinyl. New State obviously feels that they can make some money distributing these (probably because of lower overhead) and Warner's probably likes the fact that they can recoup some of their sunk remixing costs by revenue sharing.
One or two of the singles would likely have to be a surprise hit for Warners to release it on CD is my guess.
Another piece of evidence is the lack of a promotional copy of all the songs together on CD... promos means that no marketing $$ are being spent (aside from the handful of cd promos with a couple of mixes that have surfaced).
