I think you all are fine fine gentlemen and women. I think you all have great taste in music and you all are probably highly intelligent, and i'm guessing British. It seems, however, that some of you are quick to critize everything I say. I try to post a fun playful topic called "The REAL best of New Order" and some posters are like "well that's arrogant of you to do that!". Guys, we're on a New Order message board, how arrogant can anything be on here? It's all just good fun, and everyone supposed to discuss the band that they love. Do you know what I mean? I'm a human being, and whether it be at home, social life, workplace, or in an online community, I want to be respected with open arms, nahmean? If some of you all could maybe just back off a little, I would appreciate it, because sometimes we all can be sensitive, to a degree.

That's the sort of genuine heartfelt hospitality we all come here for... :) It's all just a bit of fun, innit? Unless you're rude about Tesco and then :violent: - you get Binoched... Keep it real, J... :)

Lets cut the lad some slack and keep it REAL. Coolio! Fandabba Dozzie. Us Brits can take our yank counterparts far too seriously. They do have a sense of humour, they know sarcasm and irony and some of them are even half human!

I agree - except for the irony and sarcasm part. As much as I adore our American cousins ( and I do ) they ( or to be perhaps more correct ) some Americans just do not get irony and sarcasm - don't know why - it just is one of those things.

And can I say well done to the boys for progressing to the FA cup quarter final last night - O'Leary on his way out in a week hahaha.

If anyone annoys you, just tell them to fuck off.....adding the words YOU CUNT to the end of that usually gets the message across. Don't worry about offending them if they've offended you first ;)

No thanks, I've just eaten 10.

EDIT: :uhoh: er, i mean I've just done the Viking Blood Eagle to 10 people.

Yes that's right.

I hereby nominate the Viking "Blood Eagle" as the official dance of choice for members of FAC 383. So named after the warring act whereby Vikings axed a fella in the back several times, breaking the posterior ribs, then pulling the sad bastard's lungs out through his back and letting them flap around for a while as the dying guy breathed his last. The dance has no formal steps, just a lot of violent pogoing and moshing around, with the occasional attempt to actually dance thrown in for comic effect. Named the Blood Eagle after the disconcerting sensation of having something very large and heavy (e.g., Al Jarvis) come down violently upon your back during a show.

one thing i've learned is to just not respond if someone has criticized you in anyway....it causes arguments and then it carries on....sometimes. i have a tendancy to be silly/humorous at times. and thats just part of my nature...if people don't understand it-thats okay. i get tired of fighting/arguing with people....:blackeye:
