Does this sound like the original? I think so. Lots of Hooky's bass - Yipeeee!

At this moment in time I would sacrifice anything (apart from The Fins Park ticket) to hear it all too. Lets just hope somebody taped Pete Tong's show earlier. Anybody?
Originally posted by Major Tarantino Its a fucking great track, init!!and i've heard it all....... :D
You better tell us where Mr ! ;)
..'like a bright light on the horizon'........or something like that
That is the muts nuts.
Will someone, anyone, put a full version out on audio galaxy for fucks sake. Someone MUST have it.
Were back to that annoying error message which makes you believe your post hasn't gone thru.
Mark and Lard played the proper version on Tuesday, I think it was, at 1:15pm... Sounded pretty damn good on first listen. But I didn't have a tape handy.
Then Tongy played some remix of it tonight. Which wasn't as good.
Put both samples together... I think this gives you a pretty good idea!
I put both online... enjoy.
Heard it for the first time on radio this morning. Been listening out for it on XFM for a few weeks now & they've finally delivered.
In a mad frenzy, managed to turn my spare room upside down & find a casette, threw it into the machine & captured about the last 60 secs. Been goin' play. Rewind. Play. Rewind. For the last 2 hours.
Needless to say, it's sooperb.
Aside from the Were-here-to-stay refrain, lyrics I got....
Like a bright light on the horizon Shining so bright, he'll get you flying He'll get you flying, he'll get you flying He'll get you flying, flying, flying.
The track itself is very commercial, with the keyboards high in the mix, more so than anything on GR, with Hooky's bass still in there. It's probably the first track I've heard them do since Gillian left where I can't actually tell she's missing. It's reminiscent of the Technique era IMHO & I just hope they play it at Finsbree. Fuelled by a major lager sesh, this ones gonna be great to jump up & down to in the open air of Norf Larndan.
Be interested in everyone elses views as they get to hear it.
