Bloody hell, and I thought I was addicted to spending too much on New Order eBay items but at least I'd never pay £115 for a potentially urine/sweat/lager/(god forbid) semen stained tshirt!
Even if it were a genuine Factory item ![]()
Minging.
Sorry i'm in a daft mood.
No, i wouldn't pay anything for a stained t-shirt even if all of New Order all had a moment wearing it. What would you do, frame it?
All my T-SHIRTS get like that anyway so no big deal. But STEAL is the operative WORD really. Now when it comes to nicking clothes from WASHING lines i draw the line.I don't like CLEAN clothes.
OMO not DAZ![]()
That shirt looks like absolute crap. It looks like the sort of thing one makes in an hour with some tempura paint and a very bad stencil. There's even some grotty paint residue on the left side (facing us)... WTF, man.
I have a shirt of mine from elementary school made in the year 1988. It's yellowed, and a bit thin from use. I'm having some doubts to a shirt from 1981 being in that good of shape, especially a white t-shirt.
This is just my skeptical side, though. Would love to see this Certificate of Authenticity they speak of, however.
Would be interesting to see if the T-Shirt manufacturer was operational in the UK way back then - the shirt looks to all intents and purposes pretty new - strange if it has been worn (which is I assume how all the stains/holes appeared)... Very sceptical...

Now, a line has been drawn between an obsessive collector and stupidity. It would be better if the shirt was in the trash or if I can cut parts of it and use them as dishrags.
Factory did produce some t-shirts like this when 'Still' came out, but they were sage green NOT WHITE & they were n't made by Pavillion. I feel sorry for the chap who has bought this -he obviously is a clueless shit
