I know that sunday is not a good day for the server.. I have to ask them to stop using all the machine ;)
As for the errors, I'm still working on it.. I do hope I'll finally fix the damn thing!

The server seems like it is all NewOrderOnline now, going extremely fast, even on my 56K...

Yeah.
It seems the server will always be slow on sundays because it is used to generate reports (for other purposes than NewOrderOnline), and it uses a lot of CPU power it seems. And the other use of the server also explain why sometimes you will get "blank" error pages, for instance.
