New Order / Divine / Billy Idol?

I'm terrible sorry but this is another of my - what the hell is this vinyl threads.

I found a record in a red case with two divine tracks on one side, Billy Idol (I think, or billy something) on the other along with 586. Didn't say what version - it only said 129rpm. I can't find any info on it anywhere on the web or on this site. Anyone have any clue?

I also found a vinyl Blue Monday / The Beach but its a quest reissue. It's got the floppy disc packaging though - brand new in mint condition. Wortyh $AUS18?

I also found NO and JD Peel sessions on vinyl in absolutley mint condition, some matallie cover too that it says it limited edition, but there is only 4 tracks on it - not the ones listed on this site. It's the first 4 on the disc - Truth, Senses, ICB, Dreams never end. Listed on the site is turn the heater on etc. Are they fake do you reckon.

I really appreciate help here people - I'm sorry to say I'm not from a vinyl generation and rareness and bootlegs aren't in my way of thinking. Help!

can't help you on the frist one. blue mondy sounds about right. the peel thing sounds like the one i have. get it.

The JD and NO peel sessions? Are the rare? I don't think I have enough money to buy both!

if it is the nice metallic sleeve i think it may be rare. i haven't seen any except the one i have. get this i have the second new order peel session on cassette.

get peel over blue monday i say.

The Peel sessions were individually released on vinyl and cassette at first. I knew a kid who had the first on cassette. I would get that over blue monday.

The Qwest edition of "Blue Monday" seems to be still available - Juno sells it here, so I'd get the Peel Session over that (more info on Peel Sessions metallic 12" here).

The Billy Idol/Divine/5-8-6 album is a Razormaid release - more details here - it would be the Razormaid DJ mix of 5-8-6, so up to you whether you think it's worth buying or not?

the 1985 qwest blue monday is also on eBay quite frequently, and since it's less valuable than the factory release you can get it for a relatively inexpensive price.

Today I found the original Blue Monday on vinyl, so I bought that. Its the Australian version, so not punched holes, but its is v good condition. There was one wiuth punch holes but it was dodgy and had sticky tape repairs etc.

What confuses me about the metallic sleeve peel ones is that ll the links say they should have too late, turn the heater on etc, but they instead have Truth, senses, icb and dreams never end. Why would this be?

There is also a BM 1995 vinyl but I assume this is not worth $15?

Yeah, posted wrong link - there were two Strange Fruit "Peel Sessions" metallic 12"'s - one has "5-8-6", "Turn On The Heater On", etc, and the other has "Truth", "Senses", "ICB", and "Dreams Never End".

So, the one you probably saw was the one in the brown-ish metallic sleeve (info here)?:

As for the Blue Monday 95, well, Australian $15 = 6 UK Pounds, which sounds about right - go for it, if you've got the money!

I'm pretty chuffed with meself today! Was toen fi I should but the original BM over the Aus release but the British version wasn't in as good condition, so I'm happy.

EDIT: There is also sowmthing from 1985, released by NO, but with no song name on the record - and the sleeve is missing. It looks sort of like perfect kiss with the big numbers on, but no song titles anywhere. Any clues?
