I have a commercially-released version of PFD on DVD. Came out in Japan (same region as UK).

Funny it never came out anywhere else.

I have the Japanese dvd as well. I tried to make a copy for a friend, but it's "protected", couldn't do it. Shame, because it's a wonderful print and sounds great as well.
