and apparently has much better extras than the US version. we've got a small documentary, the requisite commentary, and a few other things that are so uninteresting they've slipped my mind.
Our extras are pretty crappy - we have the from the factory floor thing and a few short interviews from people I dont know, then a 5 minute "What its like playing people who are still alive' and 'the real tony wilson' and thats it. Plus the here to stay vid - to doco for us which is a disappointment
The deleted scenes are quite interesting on the UK version... Not usually a huge fan of extras on DVDs, so haven't wacthed any of the other stuff more than a couple of times, but there is a fair bit of stuf from what I can remember...

Not quite. The DVD in the sale is the single disc version. Commentaries only...
The version of 24 HPP i got had a different cover (it was a silver reworked version of FAC 001), and it was 2 discs. I don't know how different it was to the normal version, but it has shit-loads of extras, including a 20 min discussion between Saville & Wilson about the artwork for NO & JD which was pretty interesting. There were also loads of deleted scenes (the best of which were of the Mondays). Was this the same as the standards release?
I have the North American release (with the pierced tongue) and I also got the free copy coming with Magic Magazine, though I never actually checked that version.

Cept there is one deleted scene I couldnt find. You know how in the film he says that the scene with Vini Reilley didnt make it into the film, I'm sure it will be on the DVD"... was it? I couldnt find it. They seem to be moving house or office or something but I watched all 24 and it wasnt there. Anyone know what Im on about?
