I just won a bid on ebay fro NO's Republic. It cost me 55p sterling.

Ebay link

Postage actually costs more than triple the thing itself, lol.

Free. I got a "20 Years Of New Order" promo off Ebay. Two weeks later the seller sent me another. Presumably he'd forgotten about the one he'd already sent me.

I don 't think being given one as a present really counts.

99p for Republic CD on eBay... £1.99 for JD Substance on CD from some record shop or other... And when I originally bought that in the late eighties it was only a couple of quid on cassette... Bargain!

$1.60 for a boot tape of Glastonbury 1981 which also had the Soundwaves 1984 interview, Zurich Radio 1984 interview and Hooky's very reticent 1982 NZ interview on it which I got off a guy based in Canada thru Ebay. Including postage it only set me back $5.

Usually Republic's always been the cheapest NO releasde to buy, as if ev'ryone wants to get rid of it. And it's still like that as it was 10 years ago.

£1.95 for Brotherhood CD on Ebay a few weeks ago. Don't have a clue what happened to my other copy.

Free obviously... I got Retro free (limited US edition), I guess that's the most expensive item I got for free.

For some reason, I paid for a canadian edition of WFTSC although I have free US, German and UK copies.

I've never bagged a New Order bargain but I got 'Electronic' for a pound at a market a few years back. I already had it, but still couldn't let it go at that price.:)

I bought Fine Time single for 10p from barket bucket at Woolworth back in 89. Imagine my delight at discovering Dont Do It. One of NOs finest tracks.

MY CD just arrived and it's in excellent condition! No scratches what so ever.

I "rescue" a lot of cds at garage sales from being tossed into a trash heap. Least I've paid for it there would be 50 cents. Least I paid for a cd online was $6. Least I've paid for it in a real shop was 1$ - for a copy of Movement, which is an absolute shame that someone thinks it is only worth a dollar.

Well the cool part of working a record store was knowing the label reps.I often did sales tracking for them....

I was able to get a promo of WFTSC for free...

coolest part was it was a plain watermarked disc with the rep's name on it. It was in a palstic mini-case with black and white insert (Title and track listing)

AND I got it two weeks before the American release date!!

I also got "Item" this way also.....
