Actually, At the Drive In had been around for years before they hit the bigtime, had many other releases ... The reason they split (not official yet) is because they were uncomfortable with being in the spotlight all the time ... Not for lack of talent ...

i like at the drive in i just remember very clearly them being taged the next saviours of rock then disapearing

Yeah, I remember them to being termed with the saviors of rock thing ... Just like The White Stripes and The Strokes ...

Off topic, but I read an interview with the singer from that band System of a Down today and he said that the highlight of his time during the big day out was seeing New Order live because he grew up listening to them ...
