Oh yes they have!
The new edition just come out - browsing thru it at Macc's HMV earlier yesterday and noticed they got the chart position for Jizzstream wrong - I'm sure - and NOOL I'm sure is sure - that it went in at number 19 - but the compilers of the lists have got it down as number 20.....!! 
Who's going to write to them to set the record straight on this, or am I being a pedantic arse?
Incidentally, I wonder how often they get their stats wrong on other similar occasions?
