Are New Order playing Spain this year ? If so, anyone with any ideas as to where and how I get tickets please ? Ta :)

No, seven gigs only - Paris, London, Sweden, Germany x 2, Dublin, Manchester.

I too would've lurved to have seen 'em in Spain, mind.

PS. Er, I'm responsible for starting this rumour anyways. Well, we got it from Arthur Baker. And it manifested itself from there. ;)

Thanks Allen! I spent most of yesterday morning searching through tons of websites for NO in Spain this year. I think Paris, London and Manchester is probably enough for me anyway. Another one would be just too greedy....! I would have gone to Dublin but couldn't get a standing ticket. There are some dubious sellers on E Bay doing standing for the Dub gig at the moment so not sure about that one...... How many are you going to ?

That's a pity, a combination of Spanish sun and New Order would go down very well.

agreed. could even have persuaded the gf to come along for that one, though she is suffering through overkill at the moment with 24hpp the film, soundtrack, book etc etc (cheers tim it arrived this week!) & the likelihood of her being turned on to them is receeding further into the distance...

The Festival in question was the Benidorm one and it has been just announced that it will be headed by The Cure, Paul Weller, Chemical Bros and Primal Scream. Maybe Radiohead and Suede as well.

NO have courteously declined.
