a little boring. hardly justifies dragging all those synths and the mac to the studio. sorry, it seems like it was a slow week for OSM that day.

I never heard this song, always wondered what it sounded like.

I kind of dig it. Too bad they never finished it.

It was supposed to be a full New Order performance but only Hooky turned up.

Its in the multimedia section, but you need realplayer to listen/download. Im stuck cos RealPlayer site says its fucked me off cos its only available to americans at this time?

So if anyone wants to post a zip file? i`d be very grateful (feck off JAK,not that grateful before you ask!)

I've got a decent mp3 of it - I'll upload it later when I get home.

Brilliant !!!

I had a VHS of this which went missing (presumed "borrowed") about 10 years ago.

So good to see the OSM version of THO again.

Thanks.

Isn't it online here? :confused2:

If not, I wonder why I didn't bother.. I digitalized it in 1998 for the Videology bootleg, so... (or did I?)

Anyways, there should be plenty of New Order on youtube soon, Warner signed a deal with them yesterday, so all Warner artists will have exclusive material on there...

Nic

I have found a realplayer sound only file of this (3:16) on the site, described as the OSM version from the BBC comprised of the snippets from the Substance 89 vid.

Having already had a re-edited 'jigsaw' mix of THO for a few years, I never checked out your link til today. You have the actual OSM live version alright, not the S89 reworked. You have sold yourself a bit short there mate.

Also, OSM was on ITV (commercial channel) not BBC (state channel)FYI

Keep music live ! ;)

realalternative then

OR use linux, and install the real codecs, then your media player plays them.

Sometimes, you just have to leave things in the studio. On any other day that would have been cleaned of the tape and recorded over.Self-indulgent bollocks.

Thank you for posting that link. I've never seen this piece of history before. Peter seems to be a bit alone... But Hooky is never afraid of this kind of performance :thumb:
