Anyone own JD's "Remains"?

Because I do, and it hasn't been mentioned in the forum.

The technical term is "cremains."

well we can't have every boot now can we. how about some more info on it.

Bought the CD in May. Right now, it's at home. The sticker on the CD wrapper said that the CD contains material not found in the "Heart and Soul" collection.

Does it have another sticker on it saying "Sucker"?

I have most of this stuff on other boots.

OK, so I just found out that it was a bootleg. I'm surprised that the record store in my college town had the sole copy. It does not matter. I have Let the Movie Begin, so what difference does it make if I own another bootleg?

IMO there's nothing wrong with boots, if that's the only way you can get some stuff.

Seem to recall jack saying his da kicked off in HMV over them selling stolen stuff. Good Man!

I would gladly pay for official releases, but sometimes the stuff is just unavailable. one can not always lean on a friendly nooler.

I got a copy of this a few years ago from a guy on ebay.The pic on the cover looked officialish,i knew it was a boot but it only cost £2.Never listened to it either! The same seller tried selling them for £10 buy it now and funnily enough he hasnt traded on ebay since!

ok I did it again. today's trip to sydney netted amongst other things something called Closer to the Unknown, which seems to be identical to remains except it has 12 additional tracks.

other items liberated from sydney are, both original peel sessions on cd an australian crystal single, something called Joy Division All The Lyrics (comes with a 4 track cd), Best Of Electonic, Shadowplayers and a couple of backup copies of Music For Pleasure and Electronic Electronic.
