when i was at the liverpool gig in july i was stood at the side of the camera man, he told me the show was being recorded for mtv. does anyone know when this is going to be shown.

Would MTV actually do us this great service? And would it be on over here, or just their Europe service...I can count on probably 2 fingers the number of times I've seen a New Order video on MTV (excluding True Faith, which did get some heavy rotation back in 87) other than on 120 minutes...and M2 did the whole Crystaly on the hour every hour thing that one day, but since then, I haven't seen it since....
Back in 1993 while Republic was doing the rounds,MTV did a "New Order Day".I've got it on video.The band chatted and larked around between the vids,and they also broadcast the gig filmed at the Montreaux Jazz Festival.There was also a really good documentry about Factory records. All being well and good,it seems likely then that the Liverpool gig might be shown.
I guess they'll show that when the tour will be over, like they did for Reading 1998, and Montreux for that matter.
Keep your eyes opened! Or call them, email them and threaten them ;-)
