Sorry if this has already been posted, however my wife just brought home the solication sheet this everning.

Both Unknown Pleasures & Closer are getting issued on 180-gram vinyl by Rhino Vinyl. Check the selling point: 'Featuring all orignal Peter Saville designed packaging.' Erm...yeah.

R.I.P. - Tower Records and 2700+ employee jobs. :thumbdown:

Hopefully Rhino is doing the CD reissues too. They put out a good product.

Good news......wonder if UP will have textured sleeve or CLOSER to have that thick furry/matt cardboard sleeve?

And its about time those music shops stop selling fakies - like both UP & CLOSER on pictured discs or CLOSER on coloured vinyl but I must admit the salmon-coloured CLOSER looks really kool....:p
