I leave monday, the site goes down... I come back the next monday, and the site goes back up....
Seriously I didn't do a thing but sending an email while in London...
Those bastards.. the site was down at a strategic time, that was bad :(
But the nice news is, it's up again... so go ahead and post your reviews!
Yeah it's nice to have it back! Ronald gave me some secret DNS code where I could reach the website while it was down officially.

Nic - the server missed you mate... People were even emailing ME to ask what was wrong with the site... Yeah, like a dimwit like me can answer that...
My response to most was:
'Thank you for your enquiry about the current www.neworderonline.com server problem. I'm sure it will be resolved when Mr Le Blanc returns to his monitor...'
The problem was with DNS, that's the Domain Name Server.
NOOL's domain....ie neworderonline.com had expired or otherwise broken.
Computers on the internet each have an "IP address", like a phone number, it looks like nnn.nnn.nnn.nnn where each nnn can be from 0-255.
Every ISP has a DNS machine you connect to ( tho there are other ways I wont get into), it works just like a phonebook.....
you look up neworderonline.com (the www part, is like the name of the actual addressee if you like...."I would like to speak to the webserver at this address", as opposed to say the mail server pop.neworderonline.com) and the DNS machine says...oh right, you want....
216.55.186.26
and that's what your computer then connects to.
Hence, anyone who already had the number, could still use the site, as the machine was still running.

Sorry to be pedantic, but that's the alanis morissete version of ironic, ie just bad look, irony would have been if the site went down while attending a site maintenance and quality of service conference.
Very glad it's back though, it felt like loosing a limb then getting a transplant!!!!
