No, I'm not about to announce that they have finally arrived, but I have a suggestion.
Don't know if you knew but last year the PET SHOP BOYS re-issued all of their albums, re-mastered, new covers, re-packaged, with an additional cd (so you get the album and a second disk) which features b-sides, out takes, and the occasional live track. The clever bit about each album was that you go a booklet with PSB talking about each song in turn, and you also had multimedia stuff included on disk 2. Now with New Order getting v.popular again (a world cup song could help them be more popular to a new generation of fans) maybe this is a better idea than the Recycle box set which was supposed to be happening in 1998.
What about a petition to LONDON RECORDS, they need to make sure this is going to be worthwile to them financially and you'd be surprised how well organisated petitions can work, there have been DVD titles (obscure TV shows etc.) released recently due to fan pressure!!!!!!!
