Found these on YouTube, don't think they've been posted. It's two clips of the cast playing Transmission and Digital - not so great quality, just off a camera phone

Digital Transmission

The guy that posted them said: "They were performing live over a drum backing track, if you follow me, for the filming. This was a live performaance after the shooting had finished, a present for the extras present during the filming. The fact that they could actually play the tracks very well was just amazing!"

"No, we were all very professional during the filming, this was a treat at the end of the shoot as a gift for the extras. Personally I was very impressed with the attention to detail to get it just right."

In fairness, Nic, he did say that the actors were playing this stuff AFTER the shoot as a prezzie to the fans, so the phone won't be in any footage. Both times I worked on the set everyone was - against all my expectations if I'm being honest - very careful not to do anything that would upset the verisimilitude of the piece. And the actors do look really into the music - hence their willingness to hang around after the shoot and knock out some tunes for the crowd.

As I've said before, even if the film ain't great, it's certainly gonna look right....

Sir, what does verisimilitude mean?

That's astonishingly good.

Right at the start when Ian (Sam) drops his left shoulder - that's exactly like Ian. Fanatastic.

Visually, brilliant. If I had speakers on my work computer, then it would be even better.

Sounds good, looks good - the 'Bernard' looks a bit too enthusiastic to me though!

That I would go & see.Are they as good/better than the others-Digital,Re:Order,Flight etc? I haven't seen any of these, just heard bits & know they interpret the songs differently whereas the 'Control' lads are after note for note, but they look fuckin' good to me,impressed. :thumb:

Pretty damned good! He had Ian off to a tee with the dance and everything. Both songs were played with the power and dominance of the originals. Do you think Control will get its UK debut in London or Manchester and will the band attend it?
