Also I wanted to tell everyone that we will be showing:"UNDER REVIEW" the new Joy Division film...(A Independent Critical Analysis) the first hour or so.. starting at 9pm. (70mins) and a ton of New Order concert footage through out the night. Jesse

Tonight is going to be incredible...

Because we will be playing the music of my favorite band all night... plus a bunch of side projects that they have had their hands in over the years.
I will be spinning with my old DJ group. Back then we like the music so much that we called our selves NEW DIVISION ... this was way back when there were DJ crews like:

The Hot Mix 5, Quick Mix 6... Supreme DJ team, Ultimate Touch, Mixmasters, Coed, etc. I guess you can see where our heads were... Must have been from all those nights @ Medusas, Club Naked & the Prologue.

Well, it's been many years since we have played together and I'm very excited. Hope to see you. Jesse

A new Joy Division DVD has been released last week, it's called Under Review.

This 70-minute documentary covers the entire career of Joy Division, one of Manchester and Post-Punks most respected bands. It charts the entire short lifespan of the group, from their origins in their days as Warsaw to the more well known incarnation of Joy Division. Features include rare musical performances, obscure footage of rare interviews and rarely seen photographs. Plus review, comment, criticism and insight from; Mick Middles, co-author of Torn Apart: The Life Of Ian Curtis; former NME and Melody Maker journalist, Barney Hoskyns; Ex-Mojo Magazine editor, Pat Gilbert; Manchester punk musician and author, John Robb; music journalist and author David Stubbs; and more.
