Do any of the Techs on here know if Joy Division used any Synare equipment back in the day?. I don't believe they did. Doubt they had the budget for that kind of kit at the time.

There's one on ebay now (together with a manual):

Wonder what Hannet and Steve would have done with this at their disposal?

If memory serves me correctly (not very often these days!!!!!) this looks to be precisely what Steve has poking out of the top of his drumkit on the Something Else footage, and could well be the beast responsible for the syndrum on She's Lost Control, as well as the bleeping wondrousness on Insight!

As far as I'm aware that's the same model that Steve Morris used...there was a discussion about it at JD Central a while back and that was the general conclusion.
